Modra was a dark creeper in the employ of Sarshan. He also worked along side with Leena for a time. The party captured him while trying to sabotage the factory in Umbraforge. They bartered him off to Sarshan but never gave up custody. He was locked in a crow’s cage in Overlook and stoned to death. A rare show of capital punishment for the city.
