Okie Dokie… In my effort to develop a magic item style that I really like, and in keeping with the significant changes made in the Rules Compendium as to Magic Items and their distribution I will be adding notes to shops. You will have a level range of items to buy as well as a certain chance to buy uncommon or rare items. For example the Elsir Consortium. Check it’s wiki page and you will see what I mean. If you want an item let me know, I will roll the chance and see what happens. If you don’t get it you can try again when you level. I am also taking the level restriction off of making and buying items. If you can afford it, you can make it. (Though let me know first, I might restrict certain things since they could unbalance the game). Also, no rare items can be made without some serious research and maybe a few items you will have to collect yourselves.
